We ship worldwide.

Your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of the order being confirmed.

All orders ship from Australia. Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination.

All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. If for some reason you have not received your order within 7 days of purchase please email us so we can follow up the issue.

If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg. change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

We offer secure online ordering through Stripe. Alternatively you can use Pay Pal.


RETURNS

If unfortunately you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact us immediately. Any damaged items will need to be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order and with proof of purchase.

We really hope that your are happy with your order.  If for some reason you are dissatisfied please get in touch.

To complete your return it must be approved first before an exchange is issued.
Before shipping your items back please email us at orders@wpico.world  A reason for returning the item in writing and proof of purchase is needed to complete your return.  Please note all shipping and handling charges are at the customers cost.

For returns, we recommend you keep track of your parcel incase it fails to reach us. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned.

We deserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
